Project Summary: Our goal is to propel our services to specific emigration international markets. There are three key actions for the preparation of this project:
First, evaluate the company’s dimentions in terms of internacionalization, preferred external markets for OSH consulting and training (countries, regions, sectors, potential enterprises),
including SST consulting and training legal norms and requirements.
Secondly, differentiate by studying the markets and find a strategy and a plan for internationalization that is adequate for Ceforcivil for the next years to come.
The international offer for OSH can have a presential component and a far-off component, through Ceforcivil’s eletronic platform.
Thirdly, exploratory contact with the purpose of prospection of new clients for the identified markets.
It will be an opportunity to validate, adjust the offer and prospect clients and/or potential local partners.
The results we want to achieve consist on a internacionalization strategy and preparatory actions regarding OSH services, aiming towards international markets.
